Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Money Map Navigator affiliate program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1) Commission Tiers

• Default Commission: 25% 
• Pro Commission: 30% of Eligible Net Sales (defined below).
  
• Elite Commission: 40% of Eligible Net Sales (by approval or qualification; see Section 2).
  

2) Elite Qualification & Review

Elite status may be granted at our discretion and/or earned by performance. Typical qualification is any one of the following within a rolling 30-day period:

• 10+ paid orders, or
  
• $1,000+ in Eligible Net Sales, or
  
• Direct written approval by Program management.
  

Elite status is reviewed periodically. If performance drops below expectations for two consecutive review periods, we may move the Affiliate back to Pro.

3) Eligible Net Sales (How Commissions Are Calculated)

Commissions are calculated on Eligible Net Sales, meaning the product revenue actually collected minus any of the following:

• Discounts / promo codes
  
• Refunds (full or partial)
  
• Chargebacks and disputes
  
• Taxes
  
• Shipping (if any)
  
• Payment processing and merchant fees
  
• Any non-product fees, credits, or adjustments
  

4) Pending, Approval & Reversals

Commissions may appear as pending until orders are verified and the refund period has passed. Any order that is refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or charged back is ineligible, and related commissions will be removed or reversed.

5) Payout Schedule & Minimum Threshold

• Payout Frequency: Monthly
  
• Payout Day: The 10th of each month (or the next business day).
  
• Minimum Payout Threshold: $25 in approved commissions (balances under the threshold roll over).
  

Payouts are issued via the payout method configured in the affiliate platform.

6) Tracking & Attribution

Sales must be tracked through the affiliate system using your unique link and approved tracking methods. Tracking can be impacted by customer device settings, browser privacy controls, ad blockers, cookie restrictions, or network/security settings. We do not guarantee attribution where tracking is blocked or unavailable.

7) Prohibited Conduct (No Commission / Removal)

The following are not allowed and may result in forfeiture of commissions and removal from the Program:

• Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link) or purchases by your household/organization primarily to generate commission
  
• Fraud, fake identities, stolen payment methods, or incentivized/disguised transactions
  
• Misleading claims, false promises, impersonation, or presenting yourself as the company
  
• Unauthorized coupon use, posting on coupon sites without permission, or “coupon stuffing” tactics
  
• Spam (email, SMS, DMs) or any promotion that violates applicable laws or platform policies
  

8) Promotional Guidelines

• Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission (FTC disclosure) wherever required.
  
• Do not use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets in paid ads or domains unless you have written permission.
  

9) Relationship

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

10) Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for any taxes on commissions earned and for providing any required tax information requested by the Program or the payout provider.

11) Changes to the Program

We may update commission rates, tiers, eligibility, payout policies, or these Terms at any time. Changes apply going forward from the date posted or communicated.

12) Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. Approved commissions earned prior to termination will be paid according to these Terms unless associated with refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or policy violations.

Affiliate Program Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information related to our affiliate program (“Program”).

1) Information We Collect

When you apply to or participate in the Program, we may collect:

• Contact information (name, email, address, phone if provided)
  
• Payout information (as required to send commissions through the payout provider)
  
• Affiliate account details and communications
  
• Tracking and performance data (clicks, referrals, orders, commission totals)
  
• Device and technical data associated with tracking (e.g., cookies or similar identifiers)
  

2) How We Use Information

• To administer the Program and manage affiliate accounts
  
• To track referrals and attribute eligible commissions
  
• To prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and policy violations
  
• To communicate Program updates, approvals, payouts, and support
  
• To comply with legal and tax obligations
  

3) Cookies & Tracking

The Program uses cookies and similar technologies to track referrals and attribute commissions. Some browsers, privacy settings, and ad blockers may limit tracking and may affect attribution.

4) Sharing of Information

We may share information with trusted service providers solely to operate the Program, including:

• The affiliate tracking platform (e.g., Refersion)
  
• Our ecommerce platform and payment processors (e.g., Shopify and payout providers)
  
• Fraud prevention, analytics, or compliance services as needed
  

We do not sell affiliate personal information.

5) Data Retention

We retain information as needed to operate the Program, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal/tax requirements.

6) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

7) Your Choices

You may request updates or deletion of your affiliate account information, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations, by contacting us at the email below.
